Welfare Drive – T’s and C’s

  1. This competition pertains to SAVetshops (Pty) Ltd Welfare Drive Hamper Competition – (The Village Vetshop, Tableview Vetshop, Gardens Vetshop, Beacon Bay Vetshop, Vincent Park Vetshop, Settlers Square Vetshop, Gonubie Village Vetshop, Faerie Glen Vetshop, Waverley Plaza Vetshop, Merlot Park Vetshop).
  2. By entering into “SAVetshops (Pty) Ltd “Welfare Drive Hamper Competition”, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
  3. One eligible participant chosen from entries from all stores (The Village Vetshop, Tableview Vetshop, Gardens Vetshop, Beacon Bay Vetshop, Vincent Park Vetshop, Settlers Square Vetshop, Gonubie Village Vetshop, Faerie Glen Vetshop, Waverley Plaza Vetshop, Merlot Park Vetshop) stand the chance to win a hamper worth R1500, if the customers receipt that is used to enter, and is chosen as the winner has a Hill’s purchase on it, they would also win one of the bags of food purchased back.
  4. This competition is open to all South African residents or South African Citizens (you must reside in South Africa) over the age of eighteen (18) years (any persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering). However, the following persons are not eligible to enter: business partners; employees; immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters) and any other person who is controlled directly or indirectly by SAVetshops (Pty) Ltd. (The Village Vetshop, Tableview Vetshop, Gardens Vetshop, Beacon Bay Vetshop, Vincent Park Vetshop, Settlers Square Vetshop, Gonubie Village Vetshop, Faerie Glen Vetshop, Waverley Plaza Vetshop, Merlot Park Vetshop), as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries and consultants.
  5. Participants or entrants younger than 18 years must have the consent of their parents or legal guardian. The prizes will only be released to the winners’ parent or guardian.
  6. The Competition will commence on Monday, 8 November 2021 and ends Wednesday, 24 December 2021, No Entries accepted after closing hours of the stores.
  7. To participate in the Competition, each participant must: Purchase one of the subsidised items that are to be donated to a welfare, write your name and contact number on the receipt and place in the hamper draw entry box, each time you make welfare donation purchase, you get an entry. One receipt = one entry.
  8. Once the competition is over, all entries for “Welfare Donation Drive Hamper Competition” from each store will be collected, and go into a single draw for a overall winner. Upon contact the potential prize winner will be required to provide his / her email address (if available) & contact number for further contact on accepting the prize, as well as information on their pets.
  9. Draw will take place within the first week of the Welfare Drive ending, to obtain the name of the prize winners (Available first week of January 2022), send an email to marketing@savetshops.co.za
  10. The prize is not transferable. No substitution or assignment of prize is permitted, but the organisers of the Competition reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable value if required.
  11. Winners may be required to appear on social media posts, in print publications, or online sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods or services of SAVetshops (Pty) Ltd. However, winners of the Competition shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request by emailing marketing@savetshops.co.za and requesting their photo be removed from records.
